Marrakech Coffee & Tea Festival 2027
The festival is biennial. After a first edition that welcomed about 10,000 visitors, the 2nd thinks bigger: five halls, two championships, a hackathon and three days of stages, in Marrakech.
First planned for November 2026, the 2nd edition has been moved to 5, 6 and 7 November 2027 to preserve its full international dimension. Participation already confirmed is carried over automatically.

Our role
Production on a bigger scale.
For the IRFAN Foundation, our teams are preparing the concept, scenography, technical production, logistics and guest welcome of this 2nd edition, with the same standards as in 2025.

Championship hall
The Moroccan Coffee Masters Championship, with tasting and cupping areas.
Hackathon hall
Demos, pitches and the grand final of the Coffee, Tea & Hospitality Hackathon.
AI Village
Artificial intelligence and digital tools for coffee, tea, restaurants and hotels.
Music stage
The Music Lounge: concerts, Moroccan and world music, dance, all three days.

Competitions
Moroccan Coffee Masters Championship
Two national competitions judged by an international jury: the barista championship, under the official World Barista Championship rules, and, new in 2027, a tea competition (tasting, tea sommelier, rezza). Titles: Best Barista of Morocco 2027 and Best Tea Master of Morocco 2027.
Innovation
Coffee, Tea & Hospitality Hackathon
A six-month national innovation and incubation programme run by the IRFAN Foundation: 30 projects selected, 10 finalists on stage and a grand final during the festival.
